Orkin Canada Acquires Bug-R-Off Pest Control

June 16, 2008 Gary Muldoon announced PCO’s latest acquisition called Bug-R-Off Pest Control , in Williams Lake, British Columbia.

The revenue will be slightly over 100,000 per year and nicely fill in this area on Orkin’s behalf. The owner’s name is Keith Jantz who will be joining PCO to help with this merger and new sales in this area. Although this is not their largest acquisition, it is very strategic and allows PCO to expand their already successful B.C. Interior district, to an even greater level.
